DaveZillion ("DaveZillion.com" or "DaveZillion LLC" or "the Company") is committed to your privacy and in helping you
protect it. DaveZillion is an online networking community that connects people who need an extra set of hands in order to
get something done (the "DaveZillion Service" or the "Service"). DaveZillion also allows members to choose from a list of
contractors, moonlighters and other professionals for bigger projects that require professional knowhow. DaveZillion helps
people get stuff done by providing an online platform for users to team up with each other to get something done ("Get a
hand" or "Give a hand") generally in the areas of home improvement and home technology ("Projects"). This Privacy Policy
describes when and how the Company collects information, what the Company collects, and how the Company stores, uses
and protects it. The Privacy Policy covers only information connected with use of the DaveZillion Service and does not apply
to any information collected or used by our linked or partner sites. DaveZillion is committed to respecting the privacy rights
of those members, visitors, users, and others ("Members" or "Users") who use the DaveZillion Service. To enhance the utility
of the Site ("Website" or "Site") and/or the Service, some personal information the Company asks for is displayed to other
Members. In order to fully understand your rights related to privacy issues, DaveZillion encourages you to review this Privacy
Policy. Each time you visit the Site or provide us with information, by doing so you are accepting the practices described in
this Privacy Policy at that time. By registering as a Member of the Service and/or using the Site, you signify your acceptance

When you close your account, the Company will remove your profiles from all networks searchable by Members and only retain an archival copy. However records of messages between you and other DaveZillion members and any of your personal information that related to those may remain in the DaveZillion Service if those other Members maintain an open DaveZillion account.
When you register, DaveZillion will ask for and record: your screen name, password, name, home address, country name, ZIP/postal code, email address and similar information, which may personally identify you. You may update this profile information at any time by logging onto your DaveZillion account (except for the registered email address which the Company uses to help protect the confidentiality of Members). During registration, you have the opportunity to enter additional personal and professional information into the DaveZillion Service for the purpose of optimizing the Service and networking capabilities. Providing additional information enables you and other DaveZillion Members better opportunities for matching and connecting. Some of the information you enter in your profiles may be used to help customize the content and the advertising on the Service, but will not be shared directly with third parties in a personally identifiable form without your knowledge. The information you enter is available to you, and capable of being corrected or updated, through the "My Account" section of the Service. When you save other personal information in your profile the Company will collect any such information you enter.
In addition, the Company's servers automatically recognize users' domain names, types of computers and the Company browsers accessing the Company's site, and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process. The Company may also gather anonymous traffic data that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the Company's service. After you have registered, you have the option of uploading to the Service the business and personal contact information of others whom you know from your computer. This can be done through the "Network" section of the Company's website, the "Invite a Friend" portion. If Members elect to use the "Upload Contacts" feature, Members are electing to permit the DaveZillion service to search email addresses held within their email service on their behalf. If you choose this option, and choose to import your contacts from one of the email provider options offered, the Company's software will upload from your computer your contacts' first names, last names, email addresses and similar information. If members elect to import their contacts, they accept that by doing so, when the member selects a person or group of people, an email invitation can be sent on their behalf to the email addresses of the contacts that are being imported and that, from time to time, a reminder email could be sent to that contact, on their behalf. DaveZillion stores the names and email addresses of the contacts to enable the Member to contact their contacts via the DaveZillion Service and to send reminders of the invitation on the Member's behalf. DaveZillion does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication other than the ones on behalf of the Member. If a Member uploads contacts, the Member may also choose to send information about the Member's "get a hand" postings to any of those contacts by using the "get a hand post it" feature. By sending information about home improvement plans to contacts, the Members agree that they have obtained prior consent from their contacts (a) to send them such information, and (b) to store the contacts' personal information on the Site for this purpose.
If Members click on "share with my Network" as part of the "post it, get stuff done" section or if members click on "share project with entire DaveZillion community" as part of the "post it, get stuff done" section from a link on the DaveZillion website, and submit email address of their contacts which with they elect to share their project, they accept that by doing so, an email will be sent on their behalf to the relevant email addresses, with the "post it" information of that Member. In addition, if Members click on "Invite Others" or opt to "Invite a Friend" from any other link on the DaveZillion the website, and submit email addresses of their contacts to invite to join the DaveZillion Service, they accept that by doing so, an email invitation will be sent on their behalf, to the relevant email address, and that from time to time a reminder email or newsletter could be sent to that contact, on their behalf. By inviting their contacts to join the site, the Members agree that they have obtained prior consent from their contacts (a) to send them such an invitation and reminder, and (b) to store the contacts' personal information on the Site for this purpose. DaveZillion stores the name and email address of the contacts for the purpose of automatically adding the respondent to the contacts list of the Member sending the invitation and to send reminders of the invitation on the Member's behalf.
DaveZillion does not sell this contact information or use them to send any other communication besides invitations, invitation reminders, and newsletter information from the Company and on behalf of the Member. The Member or the Member's contacts can request the removal of their details from the DaveZillion database at any time by sending an email to support@davezillion.com.
Any Member of the DaveZillion Site can view your "Search Result Profile" and your "Full Public Profile" with the information that you have uploaded to the DaveZillion community. Only you and management, employees and agents of DaveZillion can view your other personal information such as name, full address and phone number, which do not appear in your "Public Profile" view. The Company asks that you do not enter private personal information or financial information into your "Public Profile". Your disclosure of all personal information on the Site and/or through the Service is done so at your own risk. Accordingly, you should be careful and vigilant when disclosing any personal information on the Site and/or through the Service (which is subject to content restrictions described in our Terms of Use). Although the Company has security to limit access to your profiles, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Moreover, the Company cannot control the actions of other Members with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Therefore, the Company cannot and do not guarantee that content you post on the site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. The Company is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Members have copied or stored your content.
The Company does not, at this time, collect or share any personally identifiably information on Members with any of our content partners, except as necessary to comply with the law. The Company does however, share aggregated, anonymous information about Members, including demographic information with content partners so that they can understand the makeup of the audience for advertising and the effectiveness of the DaveZillion Service market, and make better decisions about how to serve that audience.
To operate the site, including processing your transactions and supporting your activities on the site, the Company may share your personal information with our agents, representatives, contractors and service providers so they can provide us with support services such as authorization of credit card transactions, email origination, receipt or support services, customer relationship management services, order fulfillment and promotional fulfillment. By purchasing, or registering or making reservations for, products or services of third parties offered on the Site, or by participating in programs offered on the Site that are administered by third parties and that require you to submit financial information in order to use them, you also consent to our providing your financial information to those third parties. If another DaveZillion member matches with you for a project and wishes to reach out and connect with you, they will elect to do so via the DaveZillion site by replying to your posting through the DaveZillion message center. DaveZillion will send you an email to the email address the Company has on record to notify you that a message is waiting for you in your DaveZillion message center. The Company does not directly make your email address available to anyone on any screen of the DaveZillion Service. The only legitimate way of making contact with a person found on the DaveZillion Service is for a Member to enter a message which the Company will send on the Member's behalf. DaveZillion may also use a Member's email address to send updates, notices, newsletters or news regarding the Site and/or the Service and/or pertaining to a Member's Network additions and/or a Member's potential matches based on geographic information from new Members. Members may elect not to receive email of this type by notifying DaveZillion that they wish to be removed from these emails by sending an email support@davezillion.com. However, DaveZillion reserves the right to send email to Members at all times, regardless of their account settings, to alert them of material changes to their Membership.
In the event that DaveZillion is acquired by or merged with a third party, the Company reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to sell or otherwise transfer the information the Company have collected from our Members, including but not limited to any personal information, as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, the Company may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used. Please note that changing or deleting your information through this section, or otherwise optingout of receipt of email communications from DaveZillion, will only change or delete the data in our database for purposes of future activities on the Site and for managing future communications from DaveZillion.
